The YZ-B002 is a round (cylindrical) glass perfume bottle produced from Super Flint Glass – a high-clarity, lead-free glass that delivers the optical transparency luxury fragrance brands expect. A thickened heavy base adds weight and stability, so the bottle sits securely on the shelf and feels premium in the hand.
Bottle Body, Shoulder & Base
Each bottle is formed with a straight cylindrical wall and a straight shoulder, then the base is thickened and fire-polished before annealing – giving an evenly walled body with no visible seam, ideal for clear or lightly tinted fragrance juices.
Neck Finish & Component Compatibility
The neck is formed to the standard FEA15 specification (15 mm) – the industry-standard crimp and screw neck used across our glass perfume bottle range. Stock pumps, sprayers, atomisers, caps and collars are therefore fully interchangeable with the YZ-B002, and custom closures can be tooled to the same neck.
Precision Fine Mist Sprayer
Stock bottles ship with a precision fine mist sprayer delivering 0.08-0.12 ml per spray. The actuator is calibrated for a fine, even atomisation cone that suits both alcohol-based EDP / EDT and oil-based fragrance formulas. Cap and collar colour can be matched to your brand.
Sealing & Leak Testing
Every production batch is vacuum tested for airtight sealing. The fully assembled bottle is held at -0.06 MPa negative pressure for 5 minutes; units that leak, seep or lose internal pressure are rejected before packing, protecting your fragrance concentrate during air and sea freight.
