Every custom double door box we produce can be engineered around one of three proven double-opening structures. Tell us how your product should be revealed and our structural team will match the right build, board weight and closure to it.

1. Double Door Magnetic Closure Box

The classic double door magnetic box: two rigid panels meet at a centre seam and snap shut with concealed magnets. Both doors fold fully open to reveal the whole presentation surface at once, which is why it is the structure most requested for luxury perfume, cosmetics and jewellery gift boxes. Board weight is typically 1200–1800gsm grey board so each door stays flat and closes with a crisp, premium snap.

2. Ribbon-Tied Gatefold Double Door Box

A ribbon tied gatefold box uses the same double-door geometry but is held closed with a satin, grosgrain or cotton ribbon, giving a softer and more tactile unboxing ritual. Choose a hand-tied knot, a ribbon pull, or a hidden magnet combined with ribbon. Ideal for limited editions, collaboration drops and corporate brand gifts.

3. Stage Display Double Door Box

A stage display double door box pairs opening doors with a raised inner platform so the product lifts into view as the doors part. It is the perfect structure for a hero product, a single-bottle perfume presentation or a collector set. The interior can be finished with EVA foam, sponge or moulded pulp to hold the product at the ideal stage height.

Double door boxes are rigid (set-up) boxes: a wrapped grey board shell gives the structure its weight and the doors their crisp edge. The options below are the standard building blocks used across our custom double door packaging and are fully interchangeable with your project.

Custom Insert & Interior Options

The interior of a double door box is where the product is protected and staged. Every insert is die-cut to your exact product dimensions so nothing shifts in transit.

• EVA foam insert – die-cut to your product outline for a snug, premium hold; can be wrapped in velvet or fabric.
