Insert & Anti-Shatter Buffer Options
Glass sample vials are fragile and heavy for their size, so the insert does most of the protective work. We offer four insert families and combine them when one box carries mixed sizes.
Die-cut EVA foam insert
Closed-cell EVA foam, die-cut to each vial diameter. It grips the vial along its full height, absorbs shock and keeps the sample vertical – the most protective option for a multi-vial discovery set box.
Paperboard / card platform insert
FSC-certified paperboard folded into a cradle, or a die-cut card platform with a folded base. Fully recyclable, plastic-free and the most economical way to hold single 2ml vials inside a folding carton.
Molded pulp tray
A recycled molded pulp cavity tray – an eco-friendly alternative to EVA that still separates and cushions every vial. Popular for sustainable and refillable sample programmes.
Satin / velvet-lined rigid tray
A rigid tray lined with satin or velvet, usually combined with a slim foam layer beneath, giving luxury fragrance kits the finish expected at the counter.
Buffer gap: we always leave a small clearance between the top of the vial and the lid, plus a card or foam divider over the neck, to stop movement and cap impact during shipping.
